The location is unbeatable. They have parking on site. I was pleased to easily get a Wheelchair Accessible room with large art style pendant lamps and a large comfortable bed.

The room is big with balcony. Would stay here again, really enjoyed our wonderful stay here.

Amazing beds and TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Paid US$ 217. The staff were extremely helpful and very very helpful and the room was new-fashioned. Location close enough to the nicest beaches and many nice restaurants in Sicily.

Lovely hotel, stylish and comfortable. We used the spa facilities which we were very happy with and also had dinner at the hotel- highly recommended, the food was amazing! Breakfast was also very good. Great location, especially for exploring Mt Etna.

Spent Easter at this hotel and the two complementary chocolate eggs were a pleasant surprise. Good location for exploring nearby towns and Mt. Etna. The spa was enjoyable, especially the calming music.

The room was cramped for two and the bathroom flooded easily. It needs fixing, as it made the whole bathroom experience uncomfortable.

Great food options with a variety of vegetarian dishes and petit fours. the hotel has a convenient location for visiting nearby attractions. the continental breakfast was ample and had a good selection of items.

The town was too quiet and lacked activities to do. Despite the hotel being a renovated 19th-century building, the rooms lacked the expected charm and felt outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, nestled on the slopes of a famous volcano, was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help with any request. We also loved the spa area, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel has no elevator, so guests must walk up the stairs with their luggage.
